Fonds consists of marketing publications including program guides, continuing education offerings, scholarship information, reports to the community, brochures, Alumni News newsletters, Aspire magazine, and 5 8" x 12" framed black and white photographs of senior administrators from the Business Division (1970s-1980s), as well as material from the Microcomputer Management and Microcomputer Specialist programs including MicroNews newsletters, program brochures, and graduation photographs and material from the Information Management and Library Technology program including calendar, yearbook, and annual report excerpts, and graduation class photographs. Other graduation photographs include Insurance, Human Resources, and Public Relations programs.

The materials have been divided into the following series: 1) events, 2) promotional material, 3) flags, 4) plaques. Items include buttons, pins, institutional seals, a signed Griffins jersey presented to Bill Comrie in recognition of his donation to University Athletics, a miniature shovel from SAMU groundbreaking ceremony, flags, a plaque commemorating the official opening of the City Centre Campus from Mayor Jan Reimer as well as 5 plaques from Jasper Place, horse gear from the Equine Program, and convocation mortarboard and tassel. Also included are glass bottles and ceramic CN mug which were dug up when site remediation was done before breaking ground for Allard Hall in 2014.
