Academic Governance Council
The fonds consists of the administrative records of Alberta College before being taken over by Grant MacEwan College, and records from the Conservatory of Music post take-over. Records include reports, budgets, committee meeting documents, business plans, news releases, newspaper articles, correspondence with government departments, and organizational charts. Also included are photographs of events, campus structures, and the construction of the last building. Presidents during this time were Dr. Reginald Pridham, Brenda Cooke, and Michael Faulkner.

Fonds consists of records relating to the Distinguished Alumni Awards, annual general meetings, Board meetings, and the Voluntary Sector Management program, as well as newsletters, photographs of events, and named spaces audit.

Fonds consists of meeting minutes from the Faculty Development Committee (2000-2001, 2003-2012) and the Academic Policies Committee (2013-2014), as well as agendas, minutes and program descriptions from the Centre for Teaching and Learning Professional Development Team (formerly the Professional Development Committee). Also included are oversized posters from the MacEwan Book of the Year program.

Fonds consists of 4 framed photographs and 3 objects: Dr. Grant MacEwan (b&w), John L. Haar (colour), Chuck Day and David Foster (receiving honorary diploma, 1988) (colour), and Chuck Day with Dr. MacEwan receiving the first MacEwan Medallion (colour), framed medallion (February 27, 1986), and 2 t-shirts.

W. Grant MacEwan, MacEwan Day buttons, photographs and negatives, and textual records from the MacEwan Day Committee, including minutes, agendas, and correspondence.

The fonds consists of team and game photographs and negatives, events on dvd, and textual records that include athletic program yearbooks, press clippings, and team statistics.
