Fonds consists of meeting minutes from the Faculty Development Committee (2000-2001, 2003-2012) and the Academic Policies Committee (2013-2014), as well as agendas, minutes and program descriptions from the Centre for Teaching and Learning Professional Development Team (formerly the Professional Development Committee). Also included are oversized posters from the MacEwan Book of the Year program.

Haar (colour), Chuck Day and David Foster (receiving honorary diploma, 1988) (colour), and Chuck Day with Dr. MacEwan receiving the first MacEwan Medallion (colour), framed medallion (February 27, 1986), and 2 t-shirts.
