Office of the University RegistrarFonds consists of committee agendas, newsletters, handbooks, annual reports, documentation, correspondence, reports, outreach course files and proposals, and provincial government/ministry approval letters for programs of study. Also included are Dean's Council decision textual records that were scanned by the DC before sending to the Archives. In 2020, DC changed processes - the decision record became an electronic action log.
Office of the Provost and Vice-President, AcademicFonds consists of textual records, photographs, slides, negatives, and audiovisual materials of campuses, departments, academic programs, and events.
Instructional Media and DesignFonds consists of program evaluations, accreditation files, institutional assessments, degree proposals, student graduate surveys, master course syllabi and course proposals, and correspondence.
