Series consists of student yearbooks from 1974, the first year the yearbook was produced until 1998, the last year of publication.
The fonds contains administrative records created by the university archives and includes appraisal reports, research agreements, file transfer authorization forms, donation agreements, and reference statistics. MacEwan University ArchivesFonds consists of administrative records of the URDC, as well as records for affiliated organizations and projects such as Deaf Education and Ukrainian Foundation for College Education, and the Nursing Refresher (Ukrainian version). Also included are newsletters, photographs, videos of events and materials associated with the Local Narratives digital exhibition.
Ukrainian Resource and Development CentreFonds consists of posters, programs, slides, photographs, and videocassettes of theatrical productions, vocal masques and student projects. Also includes photographs and memories of Anne Cooksey-Gurney, instructor in the Theatre Production program and Visual Presentation program and consists of photographs primarily of student work, and costume, event, and set design by Anne (some removed from 4 display boards), as well as handwritten and typed memories. Also includes photographs from the Mad Hatter's Ball, Brian Webb in costume, and Grant Fuhr during mask making.
Theatre DepartmentFonds consists of yearbooks, handbooks and newspapers, newspaper clippings, photographs of events and the executive, negatives, and awarded plaques. Also included are annual reports (2010-2018) in pdf format.
Students' Association of MacEwan UniversitySeries consists of strategic plans and budget strategies.
Board of GovernorsFonds consists of marketing publications including program guides, continuing education offerings, scholarship information, reports to the community, brochures, Alumni News newsletters, Aspire magazine, and 5 8" x 12" framed black and white photographs of senior administrators from the Business Division (1970s-1980s), as well as material from the Microcomputer Management and Microcomputer Specialist programs including MicroNews newsletters, program brochures, and graduation photographs and material from the Information Management and Library Technology program including calendar, yearbook, and annual report excerpts, and graduation class photographs. Other graduation photographs include Insurance, Human Resources, and Public Relations programs.
School of BusinessCollection consists of programs for various retirement and long service awards dinners. Missing: 1993-1995, 1997, 1999, 2001, 2004, 2006, 2009, and 2014.
